How to Make Photo Albums

This will be a comprehensive step-by-step instructional on how to:

• Upload correctly to Flickr
• Make it an album in your Clubhosting dashboard
• Present the album on your photos page.

Step 1: Upload to Flickr

1. From your Flickr account click the "upload" button at the top of the screen.
2. Click the blue rectangle with the text "Choose photos. . ."
3. Locate the photos you wish to add to your final album and select them all; click "Open" (You will see they are now in your dashboard and highlighted pink.  If not, be sure to highlight all photos)
4. Click "Add to sets" on your left menu
5. Click "Create a new set" in the bottom of the new window
6. Name new set and click "Create set"
7. It is now checked for the new set.  Click "Done"
8. Click "Upload Photos" in upper right (You will see a progress bar for a short moment while the files are uploaded)
9. You are then directed to your photostream page displaying your new uploads.

  Step 2: Setting up the album in Clubhosting

1. From your Clubhosting dashboard's left hand menu hover over "Awesome Flickr Gallery" and click "Add Gallery"
2. Name your new album (Gallery Name)
3. Under the Gallery Source drop down click "Photoset"
4. Copy this image bellow's Gallery Settings and click "Add Gallery" at the bottom
5. Copy the shortcode from text at the top of the screen highlighted in yellow

Step 3: Adding Album to Photos Page

1. From your Cluhosting dashboards left hand menu click "Pages"
2. Hover over photos page and click "edit"
3. Click into the visual editors at the location you wish to place your album and create a title (Make sure you are on the "Visual Tab" not "Text")
4. Press enter to start a new line and paste in the copied Flickr album shortcode from step 2
5. Click "Preview Changes"
